We deliver your parcel within 5 - 8 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the handmade preserved roses, for sanitary purposes there are no returns or exchanges on Rose Arrangements or Preserved Roses. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
All Other Items
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
3. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from RGV WHOLESALE. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
4. Product does not contain preserved roses as these are FINAL SALE. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
